PRIMARY FUNCTION

  • Directly responsible for building a customer base within your market
  • Provide customers with sound advice and loan product recommendations based on their goals and needs
  • Evaluates loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness.
  • Set and attain personal goals for sales volume
  • Identify and establish relationships with Realtors, builders, Financial Service professionals
  • Stay active with prospect and customer marketing
  • Maintain high visibility among local housing professionals and trade organizations
  • Continually establish and maintain pipeline of new customers
  • Hold educational sessions in your market
  • Keep up to date on industry news by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Stay current on company policies and procedures, watch for red flags and help minimize risk to the company

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years loan origination experience
  • $2 Million+ monthly volume
  • Current NMLS license required
  • Working knowledge of loan product knowledge and pricing strategies
  • Maintain a professional attitude and image in your community
  • Comfortable with using web based technology
